So, by helping others, you also have the chance to win!
Non-perishable foods to donate can include:
- Tins Tomatoes, Bolognese Sauce, Beans
- Cereals, Biscuits, Tins Fruit
- Custard
- Noodles
- Sweets, Selection Boxes
Any items we collect will be donated to:
Food Bank Naas
The Food Bank began in December 2012 as a pilot project, where initial response was very positive. Since September 2013, with fantastic support from the local community, the drop-in centre has been operating every week. An average of 100 individuals and families access the service for help.
Dining Room Newbridge
The Dining Room is located outside Town Hall Newbridge, opens two evenings a week; Wednesday 7:45pm – 10pm and Friday 7:45pm – 10pm. They provide hot food and supplies for the homeless and vulnerable in and around Newbridge.
Parish Church, Maynooth
The local Parish Church (St. Marys) has collaborated with Crosscare Food Appeal. The Crosscare Food Appeal takes place on Sunday 2 December for the next three weeks. The Parish Church and Crosscare provide a much-needed service for Maynooth and surrounding areas.
We hope that you join us in supporting our local community. Please share with your friends and neighbours and help to make Christmas a bit brighter for those in our community in need.
