How do I make a Regular Payment to my own or someone else's bank account?
Step 1- Launch Online Banking
Log in to your Online Banking by entering your member number, date of birth and PIN.
Step 2 - Select External Account Transfers
Once in Online Banking, select External Account Transfers from the menu on the left of the screen.
Step 3- Enter Details
As prompted enter in the payment details, starting with 'Pay Now' or 'Pay on a future date' and fill in all details down to Amount.

Click Next and then review the details that you entered. If all correct click 'Confirm'

How do I get funds transferred into my credit union account by EFT? (Banking online, wages etc)
You can transfer funds from your bank account directly into your Credit Union account using your Credit Union IBAN and BIC number. This number can be located on the bottom of any lodgement receipt or just call us on 045 879 622 to get your details.
You can also have your wages and most Social Welfare and Government Payments transferred directly into your credit union account by quoting your Credit Union IBAN and BIC.

How do I set up and add payees to my Online Banking?
You can set up and add payees through Online Banking. Once you are logged in, just go to Manage Payees and you can add external accounts and utility bills.
How do I sign up to be able to do funds transfers online?
When you register for Online Banking you will automatically be able to transfer funds to and from your Credit Union account. You can select Internal Account Transfers or External Account Transfers from the menu and fill in the details.

You will need to contact us and we can re-issue you with a new PIN.

If you are experiencing problems getting logged in to your Online Banking, check the following:
If you did receive your confirmation email and pin, check the details to ensure you are entering them correctly. If you are still having problems then please contact us directly on 045 879 622 and we will help.
- Did you receive a confirmation email about your registration request? If no, then your registration was not completed properly, please try registering again making sure to fill in all the required details.
- Have you received your Pin number? You will need your member number, date of birth and 3 digits from your 6 digit PIN to log in.

Do you have a smartphone app?
Yes, we have an App which allows you to access your account on the move. Just search Life Credit Union in your App Store and download.
Can I make payments into, or out of, my account online?
Yes you can make payments online from your Credit Union account to other Credit Union accounts, to other Irish bank accounts or to overseas bank accounts in the Eurozone. Once you are registered for Online Banking, these functions will be available to you.
How do I register for online access?
It’s easy to register for our online banking. Just go to the register tab at the top of the website and fill in the details. You will then be sent a PIN in the post and once this is received you can access your online account.
