We are in the process of upgrading our banking IT system to improve your member experience with us. We have scheduled the new banking IT system to go-live on 11th June 2020. This article contains important information relating to this upgrade and details on certain changes that you will be required to action to ensure that you can continue to access our full suite of services.
All branches will be closed on Saturday 6th June from 1pm and all day Wednesday 10th June 2020.
Online banking facilities will be unavailable from 1pm on Saturday 6th June until 1pm on Sunday 7th June and from 1pm on Wednesday 10th June 2020 until 10am on Thursday 11th June 2020.
After this period, we will be able to provide our normal services as usual. Please be assured that we have taken and will continue to take steps to make sure the transition will be completed with minimum disruption to your banking arrangements.
NEW ONLINE BANKING PLATFORM
One of the major changes caused by the system upgrade is that there will be new Online Banking and a new Mobile App. If you already use our Online Banking you will be automatically re-registered for our new Online Banking but will require new login details to access. You will receive communications regarding these new details and a new PIN.
NEW LOGIN STEPS FROM 10AM ON THURSDAY 11TH JUNE 2020
Step 1 – Login to Online Banking Platform
Click the ‘Log In’ button at the top right of this website
Step 2 – Enter Relevant Details
You will be prompted to enter your Member Number and Date of Birth
Upon verification of your details, you will be required to enter 3 digits from your new PIN.
Step 3 – Launch Online Banking
Once logged in click ‘Launch Now’ to access Online Banking.
You will be required to enter 3 digits from your new PIN
Step 4 – Verify Your Mobile Number
You will be prompted to verify your mobile phone number. Please click ‘Send Verification Code’, and a code will be sent to your mobile phone.
A 6-digit code will be sent to your mobile number. Please input the code and click ‘Finish Verification’.
Note that the verification code is only active for 5 minutes from request so must be input immediately.
You are now registered and can use your new Online Banking for Life Credit Union.
Step 5 – Download the App
Before using the App you will have to verify your mobile number online. To do this you have to login through our website to your online banking. Please follow steps 1-3 above. You are only required to do this once and you will then be able to use the App.
Search for Life Credit Union on the Apple App Store or on the Google Play Store (It may take 48 hours from 11th June before the App is available for download)
Download the App to your mobile device, and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your App.
