Our Monread branch are experiencing an IT system issue that reduces our cash handling ability. This may result in longer queues than normal as less teller positions can operate. Our ability to process and issue loans, electronic transfers and all other aspects of the business are not affected. This system issue is limited to Monread, all other branches are operating normally. We are actively working to fix this issue. Thank you.
