From Monday 21st June we will be operating new branch opening hours in all our branches. Over the past year we have seen a massive shift to our digital services, with over 88% of all transactions and over 55% of loan applications now carried out digitally. As a result, footfall in our branches has significantly reduced as members have embraced our new digital services


LCU staff and volunteers will continue to play an integral part in member service. One to one personal service will remain fundamental, however, reduced hours coupled with our increased digital services allows us to provide a 24/7 service to our members.


We have established a new Member Services Hub which will operate with a dedicated team and will be available to members online or by phone over 6 days (Monday to Saturday). The Branch opening hours and the newly created hub will ensure provision of Life Credit Union Services over 6 days (Monday to Saturday) with a Thursday late night opening in Newbridge and Monread. The combined digital, branch and phone service will allow members to have access to services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
