In light of the current Coronavirus situation, and in order to protect our members and staff, we have made some changes to our loan process.
We will no longer be conducting loan appointments in branch with immediate effect. From now until further notice there are 2 ways for members to make a loan application:
- Download a form from our website and email the completed form with supporting documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our team will get back to you by phone regarding the decision on your application.
- Collect a form at any branch, fill in the form and hand back at the counter. We will review the application and get back in contact by phone if we need any more information, or with a decision regarding your application.
Loan drawdowns will be conducted by appointment only in order to limit exposure and protect both members and staff. Upon approval, our loans team will be in contact to arrange a suitable time for drawdown.
