In the light of the current coronavirus pandemic, Life Credit Union in collaboration with Susan Keane will be offering free online mindfulness classes to our members.   Susan is an expert in corporate wellness and develops mindfulness programmes tailored to meet specific business’ needs.


Susan is passionate about mindfulness and yoga, and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2007.  She trained in India, the UK, Spain and Ireland and brings a compassionate and a practical approach to teaching mindfulness.

Given the situation that we all now find ourselves in, where most of us are practicing social distancing and mainly keeping to our own houses, there has never been such a greater need for us to be connecting through technology.  We understand that many of our members will be feeling anxious and overwhelmed at the moment and maybe finding life stressful.  Mindfulness helps us stand back from our over thinking mind and gives us a little bit of space from the stressful thoughts that are with us for much of the time at the moment.


Susan will guide us through a 30-minute mindfulness session, which is about nurturing the present moment experience and self-kindness.


Our first session will be on Thursday 2nd April at 8:30pm.
